Where do you deliver?

We deliver to UK Mainland:
England, mainland Scotland & Wales

How do I track my order?

Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email with all the delivery & tracking information you need.

Can my order be left in a safe place?

No. Pallets and screens are a large & heavy delivery. Due to this we cannot deliver to a safe place & require someone at home to receive the order.

What is your returns policy?

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 30 days from delivery to contact for a return or exchange. All products must be in unused condition with original packaging. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free returns. Postage must be paid for please contact us directly to arrange.

Once goods are received, a refund will be processed within 14 working days.

I have received a damaged item, what do i do?

We pride ourselves on quality control & do everything we can to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. In the unlikely event where you receive a damaged product we ask that you email us directly & we will work to resolve or replace as quickly as possible.

What is your guarantee policy?

At StopBreeze® we pride ourselves on the quality of our product. With this, we offer 3 years for all exposed components including: glass, posts and plastics.

What is an expected service level?

An expected service level is the average amount of time we would expect the product to function in addition to the guarantee period.

At StopBreeze® we anticipate that you will love your purchase for a minimum of 10 years without issue.

What are my payment options?

We offer multiple payment options including all major debit & credit cards. We can also accomodate BACs payments & offer Klarna financing.

Can I fix my screens to the ground?

Yes, Our screens are delivered fully assembled and ready to be bolted to the floor. We recommend seeking professional advice to ensure that the ground is sufficiently prepared for holding the weight & fixings securely.

What can I use to weigh the base plates?

Our base plates are designed to perfectly fit a planter measuring 40cm x 40cm or larger. However, large stones, sand bags or weights can also be used. A minimum weight of 45KG (equivalent to 2 standard bags of sand or shingle) per base plate is required for gale force resistance.

In high winds we recommend that the screens are in a retracted position.

How do I care for my StopBreeze® screens?

Our screens are relatively low maintenance. A simple clean of the glass periodically will suffice.

Are the posts prone to rusting?

No, the posts are made from a hard wearing aluminium, with an electroplated surface finish for maximum durability

Do I need to cover my StopBreeze® screens in bad weather?

No, due to the durability of our products covers are not required.

I have received my screen but it feels tough to close - is this normal?

For StopBreeze® terrace screens to be durable and long lasting, the upper screens are made of safety glass that is very strong & heavy. With time, this will loosen. We recommend a two person operation when retracting them down initially. However, one person can retract by applying force to the centre of the upper screen.

Where do you offer Installation & Surveying?

We currently offer both our installation & surveying services to homes within 150 miles of our Stowmarket HQ (IP14 5XE)

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, you are more than welcome to visit us at our showroom & factory based in Stowmarket. No appointments necessary.

Do you offer a trade discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% trade discount on orders over £20,000.
